...the second season of Game of Thrones! This video was too fun not to share.
This doesn't mean that I'm not still waiting for the next book in the Song of Ice & Fire series, but I'll take HBO's wonderful adaptation of the series in the meantime.
Did you know my dad didn't like my sister or I to watch the Simpsons when I was younger?
(Well of course you didn't know until I told you, duh!)
But it apparently had something to do with the show's morals (or lack thereof).

Family Guy is far worse!
One thing about the Simpsons - they always loved one another and stuck together.
I would argue the same. Homer really loves his family. Family guy hates all it's characters.
It's hard to believe the Simpsons have been on for 20 years! My kids watched it. Family Guy... I don't remember very much, other than the annoying commercials of the talking baby... what was his name? Stewie?
I have to agree with your parents...though it is pretty funny and I still watch it if I'm really bored and theres nothing better..

Cal--I agree. Once I saw a few episodes I wondered what the worry was.
Ms.A--In reality, it didn't matter too much since the channel the show played on didn't come in very well and was usually too fuzzy to watch anyhow.
Tempo--I'm not a devoted fan either, but it's fun to see the pop culture mashups in some of the episodes.
Love that opening. I guess some of the writing staff are fans.
I also like the Simpson opening where they are rebuilding the town after the events of the movie.
